Return Policy: I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to me within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact me at patrick@patrickhair.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. I reserve the right to not accept or refund any product returned.

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Only unopened CDs/cassettes may be returned.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on packaging such as bent corners on CD covers.
Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.
